Tony DinarteSession guitarist

Guitar parts that give each song what it needs, on stage, in the studio or recorded remotely from my home studio.

Guitar that serves the song

I'm Tony Dinarte, a freelance session guitarist for live music and recordings. Whether it's a gig, a studio date or a track you send me, the job is the same: listen to the song and give it what it needs. Sometimes that's a solid rhythm part; other times it's a riff that sticks, a melodic line or just the right texture.

With acoustic and electric guitars, an analog pedalboard and a home studio set up for sessions, I can cover a wide spectrum of sounds, so your song doesn't have to adapt to my gear.

How a remote session works

  1. Send me your song. A demo, a rough mix or stems, plus the tempo, the key and a reference or two. Tell me what you hear for the guitar, or let me suggest parts.
  2. I record your parts. I pick the guitar, pedals and amp captures that fit the song, and track everything at home in Logic Pro.
  3. You get your tracks. Studio-quality audio files, ready to drop into your session.

Gear

  • Guitars Acoustic, plus four electric guitars that cover a wide spectrum of sounds and rhythms.
  • Pedalboard Analog, combined with other digital and analog gear to shape each part.
  • Amps IK Multimedia's TONEX and amp captures, to bring ideas to life with the sound of real amps.
  • Recording Logic Pro with Universal Audio and other plugins, for high-quality sound in every session.

Live sessions

Recorded live sessions are coming soon to YouTube, and they'll show up right here.

Let's talk about your song

Tell me about your song or your gig: what it is, when you need it and how you hear it in your head. Sessions in English or Spanish.
